Seven Deadly Sins - Beauty Tag ♥

The lovely Erica from Abundance of Erica tagged me in a beauty post based on the 7 deadly sins! It looked pretty fun so I thought I'd give it a go. Let me know if you'd like to be tagged too!


1.) Greed - What is your most inexpensive beauty product? What is your most expensive beauty product?

My cheapest product has to be Collection 2000 Illuminating Touch highlighter. It's £4.99 and is just as good as some of the more expensive highlighters out there! It's great for dark circles and for adding a nice glow to the skin. My most expensive beauty product was probably a Guerlain red lipstick. I think I paid around £25 for it which isn't mega, mega loads, but quite a lot for a lipstick!

2.) Wrath - What beauty product do you have a love/hate relationship with?

Maybelline Dream Mousse Blush in Peach Satin. Whenever I apply it I think it looks really nice and fresh and like my skin is a little less dull, but as the day goes on and I rush about and get a natural rosy cheek myself, I look in the mirror and my cheeks seem bright red! Cue questions of 'are you ok? you look hot and bothered!'...hmm.

3.) Gluttony - What are your most delicious beauty products?

I've never eaten my make-up (!!) but the most yummiest smelling beauty product I own has to be Lush Cupcake fresh face mask - it's smells really chocolately and minty and it's great for my spotty skin. Double win!

4.) Sloth - What beauty product do you neglect due to laziness?

Definitely eyeshadow. I really want to be able to wear eyeshadow but I can never seem to apply it properly! That or it creases up on my eyelids and looks ugly.


5.) Pride - What beauty product gives you the most self-confidence?

Mascara! Specifically Benefit's They're Real Mascara - it makes my eyelashes really long and defined. I don't feel like 'me' without mascara so if I had to choose only one product to wear for the rest of my life, mascara would be it!

6.) Lust: Which beauty product/brand do you find has the most attractive packaging?

Benefit! I love the vintage retro feel to all the packaging. It's so cute and makes me want to buy everything! I'm such a sucker for packaging...

7.) Envy: What product would you most like to receive as a gift?

Oooh, that'd have to be Chanel Delight Nail Lacquer. I've been looking for a rose gold nail polish and Delight seems to be pretty close in colour! Plus it's Chanel so extra chic points!
